A note from the City of Asbury Park’s Tax Collection Department:
Tax bills due August 1, 2022, which would include the 3rd and 4th quarter payments for 2022 and the 1st and 2nd quarter payments for 2023, are in the process of being mailed. The 2022 3rd quarter tax bill is still technically due August 1, 2022, but the grace period will be extended to August 31, 2022. Payments received after August 31, 2022 will be charged interest from the due date.
Sewer bills were mailed July 14, 2022 and will be due on August 1, 2022; with a 10-day grace period to August 10, 2022. No extension will be provided.
Please note that failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from paying taxes or sewer bill. If you are having problems with receiving your bills, please notify your local Post Office.
Payments can be made in-person Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm at the Tax & Sewer Collections Office located at 1 Municipal Plaza. There is also an after-hours drop box to the left of the main entrance.
