[ARCHIVED] City of Asbury Park Summer 2021 Recreation Programs

Asbury Park Summer 2021 Recreation Programs

6/15/21, Asbury Park, NJ – This summer, the Asbury Park Recreation Department will be offering various summer recreation programs for Asbury Park youth as Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

“After an unprecedented school year, it’s more important than ever that Asbury Park youth receive opportunities this summer for learning and enrichment. We are thrilled that Asbury Park Summer Day Camp is back after having to cancel the program last year due to Covid-19,” said Councilperson Jesse Kendle, “We hope Asbury Park families will take advantage of all of the opportunities provided by the Recreation Department this summer as we near the end of the pandemic. Parents should know health and safety are City Council and the Recreation Committee’s primary concerns and we are thankful to the City’s Recreation Director Leesha Floyd – who has done an exceptional job handling the challenges of providing safe and effective programing for our children during this unusual time.”
