NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Council of the City of Asbury Park will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 1 Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, NJ. The purpose of said meeting is for Mayor and Council to conduct a public hearing and to engage in deliberations concerning issue(s) related to the bidder that was awarded the contract for the new Fire Department Headquarters project on February 27, 2023. During the course of the meeting, the Mayor and Council may adjourn to an Executive session for the purpose of deliberations and/or to address matters that fall within the attorney-client privilege. Formal action may be taken.
