PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the Asbury Park Housing Authority will convene a Special Meeting on July 25th, 2022 at 5pm. The Public may also participate in the meeting via Zoom, beginning at 5:00 PM, unless the APHA is otherwise instructed by an authorized party or government official. Please note, that the Executive Board will not be present at the Robinson Towers Social Room. The Public is therefore strongly encouraged to participate by remote means if at all possible.

- Resolution 07-01-2022 Authorizing the Convening of a Special Meeting, July 25, 2022 at 5pm;
- Resolution 07-02-2022 Resolution Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Asbury Park Housing Authority and the City of Asbury Park.
- Potential Executive Session, if necessary; and
- Discussion and action upon such other matters as may be presented to the Board.
A copy of the Agenda is available for public inspection at the Authority’s administration building. Formal action may be taken at the said meeting. The public is welcome to attend virtually.
