REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS

TO PROVIDE FIREWORKS SHOW AND CLEAN UP ON

JULY 4, 2012

The City of Asbury Park, in Monmouth County, New Jersey is seeking proposals and a statement of qualifications from interested vendors to provide fireworks show and clean up on July 4, 2012. Fireworks will be part of the city’s 4^th of July celebration and show will commence at dusk.

All proposals will include a budget that provides for: Two (2) shows at separate sites to be fired simultaneously and electronically. Shows must be coordinated and choreographed to music supplied by the vendor. Length of show will be a minimum of 15 minutes. Maximum shell size is 2.5” in diameter. Supplier will be responsible for set up, breakdown and all clean up.
